ComMent – “Training in community mental healthcare” is a three year Erasmus+ project. The purpose of the ComMent project is to create educational resources for entrepreneurial skills development tailored to the identified mental health professionals’ needs and to support mental health professionals in implementing community based models.
The project also aspires to cater for hands-on knowledge transfer of best practices from professionals who are already active in the field of community based mental health care, as well as from academics and university clinics who have a deep understanding of the needs and weaknesses of health care initiatives in their countries. ComMent project will also provide one-to-one mentoring support to people who have come up with an entrepreneurial idea.
The ComMent e-learning platform hosts five (5) training modules based on ECVET learning outcomes. This training programme corresponds to 60 ECVET points (12 ECVET points for each unit) and trainees who successfully complete a training module will be certified.
